This function allows you to generate a customer sign-up form to allow customers to subscribe to your autoresponder/mailing list. It can include demographic data questions, in addition to custom data fields that you may have set up.

This function is used by selecting the fields you wish to use for collecting data by checking each box (or in the instance of the custom fields, entering the questions you wish to use for data collection) and pressing the submit button.

It will then display a screen showing what the form will look like. There is also a box below this which contains the required HTML code for your form. Simply cut and paste this HTML code to add your sign-up form to your site.
