This function allows you to manually change the details of a customer held in your database.

It can be used to update or add any data to a particular customer record. It is particularly useful when a customer notifies you of a new contact postal address, telephone number, etc.

You can also add/update demographic data if you have set up demographic criteria using the Set Up Demographic Data Collection function.
